I enjoyed my stay! First, I loved that I had a non-smoking room, which was a nice surprise since one wasn’t available when I booked. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and inviting Plus, the mini mart next door was so convenient for late-night snacks and drinks!

I really appreciated the clean room and how well the air conditioning worked, making it so easy to relax after a day of exploring McGarvey Park and checking out the nearby Grace Hudson Museum-Sun House, both of which are just a short walk away.

I enjoyed the spacious room with two comfortable queen beds, making it perfect for my family. The mini fridge and microwave were super handy for late-night snacks. The location right off the freeway made it easy for us to continue our travels. We walked to nearby attractions like the Grace Hudson Museum, which added some fun to our stay. On the downside, the cleanliness of the room wasn't great. I noticed fingerprints on the headboard and hair in the bathroom. The air conditioning also struggled a bit, so we had to keep the window open, which felt a little uncomfortable with others walking by. Breakfast options were quite limited, leaving us wanting more variety. This place has potential, but improving maintenance and cleanliness would make a big difference.

The cleanliness was far from excellent. Handprints were visible on headboards and hair was found in the bathroom. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, leading to an uncomfortable environment. Keep in mind that open windows allowed outsiders a view into the room, which felt intrusive.

Free parking was a plus, but Wi-Fi was slow and annoying.

We had a lovely stay in a Standard Double Queen Room during our 3 nights here. The room was spacious and easy to access off the freeway, making our road trip much smoother. The staff was nice and offered a smoking option for the room, which was a plus for us. There’s also a mini mart next door for snacks!

We enjoyed our stay with our cousin at this place, which was ideally located near the Ukiah Municipal Golf Course, perfect for golfing enthusiasts. Our room was well-equipped, featuring everything we needed like a microwave and fridge, making our family vibe comfortable and convenient.

My kids wished for better breakfast options.

The hotel was ideally located off the freeway, making it convenient for our travels. The room was clean and offered good value. However, some of the breakfast options were quite limited, lacking variety, which left us wanting more in the morning.

Breakfast options were disappointing, with no hot water for tea and lacking attendants to assist guests. A highlight was the mini mart next door, perfect for late-night snacks, but overall, the unkempt room significantly impacted the experience.

I had a positive experience during my stay at Americas Best. The room was very clean and spacious, coming with two queen beds which were appreciated. Additionally, the value was commendable as I was not charged any extra fees for incidentals. The staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating despite some challenges.
